When debug a TypeScript application in Google Chrome, the *.ts files are appear totally empty ?
You try to add following to your web.config

<remove fileExtension=".tsx" />
<mimeMap fileExtension=".tsx" mimeType="application/javascript" />
</staticContent>
</system.webServer>
