IE8 with MOSS
問題：
當使用 IE8 瀏覽 MOSS or WSS 3.0 網站時，發現網站版面都位移，但是使用其他瀏覽器如 FireFox 卻是正常的！
解決方法：
這可透過設定HTTP response header告知 IE8 將網站的內容 render 為 IE7的模式
