okay...VS2010 with Nvidia is sux...\u have to make a new Android.mk file and set it as well...and it's fucking hard to do this...so another choice is NETBEANS with Android plugin
first download netbeans and follow this instruction

fuck......although it's net eans ...it still has to build Android.mk file by your own too...
so...go to understand what is mk file...is the final wa to result this problem with NDK...
