下載Windows update Agent 更新代理程式，之後就可以更新了 (記得載for XP)
微軟下載Windows update Agent :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946928/zh-tw
若Windows Server 2003 R2 更新也出現同樣錯誤，可先灌更新代理程式，一樣解決! (目前安裝跟XP一樣版本可解決)
安裝完成後，選Windows update 就會有更新畫面囉!
