EXE程式用Mail寄或MSN傳送給另一個同事執行時，居然發生 (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515) 的錯誤! 要如何解決呢?

今天同事將EXE程式用Mail寄給另一個同事執行時(之前有聽說用MSN傳檔有時也會發生)，發生以下的錯誤

網路上查到「Visual Studio Project Sample Loading Error: Assembly could not be loaded and will be ignored. Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)」。

所以請同事在執行檔上按右鍵，選取內容，檢查是否有 Unblock 的按鈕，然後將它 Unblock 就可以正常執行了，如下圖所示，
