預設新增一個 Custom Command 會顯示 Tool 選單之中，
那要如何讓我們的 Command 顯示在 Code Window 的 context menu 之中呢?
因為預設在 vsct 檔中設定 Group 的位置是在 IDM_VS_MENU_TOOLS ，
所以就會顯示在 Tool 選單之中。
如果將它的值改成 IDM_VS_CTXT_CODEWIN 就會顯示在 Code Window 的 context menu 之中了哦!
