案件說明:
每次登入都出現以下畫面。
Database character set (AL32UTF8) and Client character set (ZHT16MSWIN950) are different.
Character set conversion may cause unexpected results.
Note: you can set the client character set through the NLS_LANG environment variable or the NLS_LANG registry key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_OraClient11g_home1.

很明顯要改機碼，只是你需要知道要改成什麼，
這點其實也是可以用猜的猜得到啦~
「TRADITIONAL CHINESE_TAIWAN.AL32UTF8」
解決方法:
1. 執行>regedit
2. 找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_OraClient11g_home1.
3. 修改NLS_LANG的值為TRADITIONAL CHINESE_TAIWAN.AL32UTF8
